1. Provider and scope
These terms apply to BetInsight.club and the related public pages, members areas and technical functions.
2. Minimum age and regional availability
BetInsight is intended for adults only. Users must be at least 18 years old and must also satisfy any higher legal minimum age that applies to gambling or sports betting in their country or region.
Users are responsible for determining whether the use of external betting, casino, crypto, wallet, VPN or other partner services is lawful at their location. The technical availability of a page or link does not guarantee that a third-party service may legally be used in every country.
3. BetInsight services
BetInsight is a digital membership and information platform. It may provide structured sports analysis, tips or assessments, unit weighting, member functions, partner and referral functions, Premium services and, where enabled, a unit exchange.
4. Registration, accounts, multiple accounts and access credentials
Protected functions require a personal user account. Registration information must be accurate. Users may not transfer their account to third parties without authorisation or share protected credentials or access links without authorisation.
As a general rule, each person may maintain only one personal BetInsight account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person are not permitted. This applies in particular where additional accounts are used to obtain starter units, referral units, commissions, bonuses, releases, limits or other system benefits more than once, or to circumvent technical or economic rules.
The use of the same internet connection, IP address, household or, where applicable, the same device by several different persons does not by itself constitute a violation. Several persons in the same household may each maintain their own personal account provided that the accounts genuinely belong to different persons and are not used for abusive circumvention.
If unusual account relationships, referral assignments, transactions or other technical indicators give rise to reasonable doubts as to whether several accounts genuinely belong to different persons or whether abusive use is taking place, BetInsight may review the circumstances. BetInsight may ask reasonable follow-up questions or request additional information to the extent necessary to clarify the situation.
During such a review, individual functions, in particular referral credits, sales, transfers or payouts, may be temporarily put on hold where this is necessary and proportionate for clarification and system protection. A matching IP address alone is not considered sufficient proof of abuse.
Where abuse is established, including artificially created referral structures, impermissible self-referrals, multiple claims of benefits, manipulation or payment fraud, improperly generated units, commissions or other benefits may be corrected or cancelled and further proportionate measures, including restriction or suspension of the affected account, may be taken.
5. Units – function and legal nature
Units are digital usage and access rights within the BetInsight system only. They are not government currency, cryptocurrency, electronic money, a security, an investment or a claim to a fixed payout by BetInsight.
BetInsight distinguishes in particular between purchased units, gifted or starter units and referral units. Their origin, permitted use and transferability may differ.
- Purchased units are used to unlock digital BetInsight content and are generally not intended for sale between users.
- Gift, starter and test units may be used according to the rules displayed by BetInsight but do not create a payout or repurchase claim.
- Referral units may, depending on status and release, be transferred to the tip account for unlocking tips or, where expressly released, offered in the unit exchange.
BetInsight is not required to repurchase units or guarantee a particular market value, sale price or constant ability to sell.
6. Purchase of units and payment processing
The unit packages, prices and payment methods available at the time of purchase are shown on the relevant order page. A contract for a paid purchase is concluded when the user completes the order process and the payment has been sufficiently confirmed by the applicable payment or blockchain system.
Payments may be processed using cryptocurrencies and external payment service providers. The user must verify the displayed wallet address, cryptocurrency, network and exact amount. Losses caused by the user's use of an incorrect address, asset or blockchain may be outside BetInsight's control.
Units are credited only after the required technical payment confirmation. BetInsight may manually review unclear, duplicate, inconsistent or security-relevant transactions.
7. Tips, analysis, odds and results
BetInsight content is provided for information and analysis. It does not constitute financial, investment or individual betting advice. Historical hit rates, statistics, simulations, odds or results do not guarantee future results or profits.
Odds and provider information can change at any time. The terms and values actually shown by the external provider at the time of use are decisive.
The user bears the full risk of every independent betting decision. Gambling can lead to substantial financial losses and can be addictive.
8. Basic, Premium and Premium Plus
BetInsight may offer different membership levels. The applicable scope of services, price and duration are displayed before the user purchases a tariff.
8.1 Basic
Basic members receive the functions shown for the free or standard members area. Basic status does not generate Premium group commissions.
8.2 Premium
Premium extends the members area with additional provider and odds information and other Premium features. Direct external affiliate links may be excluded or limited depending on the tariff description. Under the published Premium Network rules, an active paid Premium member may be eligible for network commissions up to level 5.
8.3 Premium Plus
Premium Plus includes the Premium features and may additionally include an extended odds comparison with multiple providers, released direct provider or affiliate links and extended Premium Network eligibility up to level 8.
8.4 Duration, upgrades and renewals
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, Premium is activated for 30 days. A renewal made during an active term may be added to the existing expiry date. An upgrade from Premium to Premium Plus takes effect only after the upgrade has been confirmed and activated.
Automatic renewal or renewal from available commission balance occurs only if such a function is offered, the user activates or confirms it where required, and the necessary technical conditions are met.
9. Three separate partner and affiliate areas
BetInsight separates different partner, commission and affiliate functions. They must not be confused with one another.
9.1 BetInsight referral and unit partner programme
Members may participate in the BetInsight referral and unit partner programme regardless of whether they have personally purchased units or subscribed to a paid Premium membership, provided that their account is eligible and not restricted. This means that a member who started BetInsight for free may also use a personal referral link.
If a new user is properly assigned through a member's personal referral code and a qualifying system event occurs under the rules then in force, referral units may be credited to the referring member. Registration of a referred user by itself does not automatically trigger compensation.
Referral units do not constitute a direct cash or payout claim against BetInsight. However, where referral units have been expressly released for sale under the applicable system rules, they may be offered to and acquired by other members through the unit exchange. BetInsight does not guarantee a sale, a specific sale price, a specific time to sale or a repurchase.
Referral assignments and referral units require proper participation. Artificially created accounts, self-referrals, multiple accounts belonging to the same person for the purpose of obtaining benefits, and other circumvention or manipulation arrangements do not create a valid compensation entitlement and may be corrected under these terms.
The referral system may operate across several network levels. The active number of levels and the current compensation structure are shown in the members area or current programme description.
9.2 Premium Network commission
The Premium Network commission is a separate compensation system for eligible active Premium and Premium Plus members. It arises only under the published tariff and network rules from qualifying Premium payments within the assigned network.
Premium eligibility does not operate retroactively. A Basic member does not receive retroactive Premium group commission for events before confirmed Premium activation. The same principle applies to additional Premium Plus levels before the Premium Plus upgrade is activated.
Payout eligibility may require an active paid tariff, valid network eligibility and a releasable commission status. During warning, review or grace periods, commissions may be recorded but temporarily blocked.
Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks or events later identified as invalid may lead to a corresponding adjustment or cancellation of related commissions.
9.3 External provider and advertising affiliate links
BetInsight may contain links to external betting, casino, crypto, VPN or other partner services. These links may be affiliate or advertising links. LucMedia LTDA may receive compensation if a user uses a third-party service through such a link.
Such external affiliate compensation is generally a relationship between BetInsight and the third-party provider. It does not automatically form part of a member's referral units or Premium Network commission unless expressly stated for a specific promotion.
Provider links may be displayed differently or hidden entirely depending on country, language, licence, affiliate agreement and user status.
10. Partner advertising rules
Members who promote BetInsight may not use misleading profit claims, spam, unauthorised mass marketing, false identities, purchased fake registrations, self-referrals, technical manipulation or statements presenting BetInsight as a bookmaker or guaranteed income opportunity.
Advertising that specifically encourages users to circumvent regional prohibitions, provider terms or access restrictions is also prohibited. A VPN may not be promoted as a guarantee for bypassing gambling or country restrictions.
BetInsight may block or correct partner assignments, referral units and commissions where they result from proven misuse, manipulation or a breach of these rules.
11. Unit exchange and sales between members
Where the unit exchange is enabled for live use, only referral units specifically released for sale may be offered. Purchased units and gift, starter or test units may not be sold unless BetInsight expressly provides otherwise.
An offer may be technically reserved so that the same units cannot be used or sold more than once at the same time. A unit transfer takes place only after the required system checks and sufficient payment confirmation.
Where supported by the relevant process, the purchase price may be sent directly in USDT over the indicated blockchain network from the buyer to the seller's stored wallet. BetInsight does not charge an additional payment-processing fee for the pure USDT transfer between buyer and seller. Independent blockchain or network fees may nevertheless apply and are not set by BetInsight.
If a separate unit-based or system fee applies for listing, reserving or transferring referral units, that fee must be shown transparently before the user takes the binding action.
BetInsight does not guarantee that a buyer will be found, any particular USDT price, or any specific blockchain processing time. Wallet-to-wallet payments take place outside BetInsight's direct control.
12. Commission balances and payouts
Where a user has releasable Premium or partner commission balance under the applicable rules, BetInsight may offer payouts in a supported cryptocurrency, in particular USDT.
A payout may require a minimum amount, confirmed wallet, correct network, releasable status and security or duplicate checks. BetInsight may temporarily hold a payout while a transaction, eligibility issue, refund or suspected misuse is being reviewed.
Service fees and blockchain or network fees may apply to payouts. The applicable fees must be shown to the user before the payout request or confirmation and, where required, expressly accepted.
Recorded, blocked or not-yet-released commission balances are not payable until released.
13. No guaranteed earnings
Referral units, Premium commissions and affiliate functions do not guarantee any particular income. Possible compensation depends on qualifying activity, tariff status, network structure, user behaviour, cancellations, programme rules and other factors.
Participation in a partner programme does not create an employment relationship, commercial agency or ownership interest in LucMedia LTDA.
14. Taxes and legal obligations of recipients
Users are responsible for determining whether units, commissions, cryptocurrencies or other benefits received must be reported or taxed in their country. BetInsight does not provide individual tax advice.
15. External providers and affiliate links
When an external link is used, any contract is generally concluded only between the user and the relevant third party unless expressly stated otherwise. Account opening, KYC, deposits, bets, odds, bonuses, payouts, restrictions and other matters are governed by that provider's own terms.
BetInsight does not guarantee that a third-party provider will remain available, grant a particular bonus, offer a particular price or odds, or accept users from a particular country.
16. Withdrawal rights, digital content and Premium services
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Where a consumer has a statutory right of withdrawal under the law applicable to that consumer, the statutory requirements and any withdrawal information provided during the relevant order process apply.
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, a statutory withdrawal right may, where the applicable law allows, expire early if the consumer expressly requests or agrees that performance begins before the withdrawal period expires, expressly acknowledges the resulting loss of the withdrawal right, and receives any legally required contract confirmation.
Ongoing services such as a time-limited Premium membership may be subject to separate statutory rules. The immediate start of a Premium term therefore does not automatically remove all consumer rights in every jurisdiction.
17. Refunds, reversals and corrections
Mandatory statutory refund rights remain unaffected. Beyond those rights, there is no general entitlement to repayment for digital services that were properly provided and already consumed.
Where a valid refund, cancellation, fraudulent payment or payment error occurs, BetInsight may correct the related units, Premium rights, referral assignments or commissions to the extent legally permitted and technically traceable.
18. Availability and system changes
BetInsight aims for high technical availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, security measures, failures of external providers, blockchain issues or force majeure may cause temporary restrictions.
Functions, tariffs, commission structures, supported networks and partner offers may be changed for the future where there are objective reasons. Properly documented rights that have already arisen are not removed solely because of a later programme change, unless a refund, misuse or correction rule applies.
19. Intellectual property, trademarks and use of marketing materials
BetInsight texts, analyses, graphics, software, layouts, logos and other content may be protected by copyright, trademark law or other intellectual-property rights. They may not be reproduced, resold, publicly distributed, automatically extracted or used for a user's own commercial offering without express permission, unless such use is permitted by law or expressly authorised by BetInsight.
Unlocked tips, analyses and other member content are generally intended for the personal use of the relevant member and may not be shared, published or resold without permission.
An exception applies to marketing materials that BetInsight expressly makes available to members or partners in its official marketing or download area for promotional use. Such materials may be used and distributed for the promotion of BetInsight, the partner programme and the intended public communications, unless different instructions are stated for the specific material.
The BetInsight logo, word/device marks and other brand elements must be used in an original version officially provided by BetInsight. In particular, the logo, proportions, lettering, characteristic design, colours or individual brand elements may not be distorted, recreated, removed, covered or altered in a way that creates a different brand appearance. Pure resizing is permitted provided that proportions, legibility and overall appearance remain intact.
Marketing materials may not be used in a misleading, unlawful or reputation-damaging context. In particular, their use must not create the impression that the relevant partner operates BetInsight, is authorised to make binding profit promises, or is authorised to make statements that differ from official BetInsight information.
BetInsight may update, replace or remove marketing materials from its official marketing or download area. As a general rule, the version currently provided should be used for new promotional activities.
20. Liability
BetInsight is not liable for betting losses or independent user decisions merely because the user previously viewed an analysis, odds display or recommendation on BetInsight.
Liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct and cases in which liability cannot legally be restricted remains subject to mandatory law. Mandatory consumer rights, including liability for death or personal injury where applicable, remain unaffected.
For outages, exchange-rate changes, network fees, incorrect wallet details or failures of external blockchain, payment or other third-party providers, BetInsight is responsible only to the extent required by applicable law.
21. Privacy
Information about the processing of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy.
22. Governing law and mandatory consumer protection
To the extent legally permitted, the contractual relationship is governed by Brazilian law. For consumers, however, any mandatory protection granted by the law that applies independently of a choice-of-law clause remains unaffected.
Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
23. Changes to these terms
BetInsight may update these terms for the future where laws, technical processes, products, partner programmes or security requirements change. Material changes affecting ongoing paid contractual relationships will be communicated in an appropriate manner where legally required.
24. Final provisions
If any individual provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by applicable law.
